I really love this for when I'm breaking out really bad, especially hormonal breakouts. I find it really helps to really help quicken the process of getting rid of or bringing to a head breakouts so that I can get it over and done with quickly and can start worrying about marks. I find this also helps to make my skin really smooth.

I use this only once a week if it's not in response to a breakout, as it is pretty strong and I don't want to overdo it and simulate my skin. Also I make sure to not use it if I know I'm going to be spending a lot of the next day outdoors because your skin will be more sensitive to the sun.
