I've only tried another blackhead cleaning stick that really hurt my nose.

This one doesn't give me that problem, so I really like it.

The product is soft enough to not hurt your skin. It has helped extract blackheads from my nose.

My skin doesn't feel dry afterwards and it's really easy to use, so I'd say it's a good choice if you have sensitive skin around your nose like me.
