DR.CEURACLE CICA REGEN
ANTI-DUST SUN GEL REVIEW

Wearing sunscreen is the number one thing you can do for your skin. Finding a sunscreen that you know you will wear daily is incredibly important. K-beauty sunscreens are known for being cosmetically elegant – meaning they apply and wear well on the skin. Korean sunscreens also add in additional ingredients for the skin – Dr. Ceuracle recently released a sunscreen featuring cica, an ingredient known for soothing the skin.
Dr.Ceuracle Cica Regen Anti-Dust Sun Gel SPF50+ PA++++ 50ml
This sunscreen is SPF 50 PA ++++, perfect for protecting against daily sun exposure (UVA and UVB rays!). The main sunscreen filters are diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate and ethylhexyl triazone, meaning it’s a chemical sunscreen. The brand claims that this also protects against fine dust with the addition of kiwi, nelumbo nucifera, and hibiscus sabdariffa extracts. Cica is also an added ingredient, which helps soothe the skin. Dr. Ceuracle also claims that this sunscreen can be used as a three-in-one sunscreen, essence, and moisturizer, but I prefer sunscreen to be a final step after a full skincare routine.
The sunscreen applied smoothly and did not pill when applied on top of moisturizer. Using a full recommended amount (at least ¼ tsp!) did not feel like too much product, and left no white cast. After waiting for 15 minutes, makeup went on with no issue – it’s definitely a cosmetically elegant formula! I did not notice any redness soothing, and I don’t know how to judge the fine dust protection, but as a sunscreen, it did its job. Overall, this is a great daily sunscreen even if you aren’t looking for added ingredient benefits.
