REVIEW on TONYMOLY Spoiler Oil Paper Pact
.
.
Sometimes, the oil coming from your skin
may turn your matte makeup into an unwanted brightening makeup.

.
This pact is designed to prevent just that
by getting all the oiliness that sips from your skin over time.

It's wrapped in plastic vinyl.

It's in two layers.

The first layer is the powder pact,

You can use brush to do semi-matte makeup,
that retains some of the brightness,
but I'm going full matte this time,
so I will be using puff here.

The no-sebum pact I used here is for dry skins,
so it has a soft finish on the outside.
.
My base was supposed to be more brightening,
but Oil Paper Pact rendered it all matte.
.
However, I don't think it lasts long;
about 3 hours without sweat?
.
You can put additional pact once that happens,
and it's not really uncomfortable to do so
nor did it ruin the existing makeup.
.
If you are looking for a no-sebum poweder,
but is worried about the dryness,
I recommend this (No.1).
.
If you are looking for a no-sebum powder that agrees with troubled skin types,
I recommend No.2.
