I was so excited to try this product by Celimax, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. The toner is very watery, and it sinks into the skin very fast. I have normal skin, and this toner did provide any hydration whatsoever. It oddly mattified my skin. So, I think if you have oily skin, you might like this product. My skin felt much drier after using the toner. I'm not against my skincare products having a fragrance to them, but this toner's smell is terrible. It smells like Vicks Vapor Rub. I think the scent comes from the Rosemary Leaf oil in the toner. Such a shame since the other ingredients in the product seems very lovely. I ended up giving this product to my mom. Overall, I don't recommend this toner at all. There are better hydrating toners on the market.
