This set is awesome because it comes with cotton pads for toner masking. I use this toner when my skin has a big breakout. Toner masking makes redness disappear. However, using as a normal toner is not as effective as masking. However, the bottles of toner are very small and the toner goes quickly when used as a toner mask.
