This toner feels like an ampoule or serum, it flows lightly and has no viscosity. Therefore, the application is nice and fills the skin with light moisture. Even though my skin is combo / oily I find this provides the exact moisture my skin needs and does not leave any kind of film or residue on my skin, it absorbs perfectly. I think this will work wonders if applied on layers in winter when the skin is more on the drier side.
