This eyeliner is amazing! I bought it because the color looked so pretty online. I've gotten so many compliments when I wear this. The description says you can wear this as a eyeshadow as well. And yes, you can. But you have to start blending this out as soon as you apply it onto your eyes because once it's set this does not smudge at all. It is waterproof; however the color will fade a little bit. Even when I don't use an eye primer this eyeliner will still stay on all day long. It's the best! I want one in every color now. Oh! This came with a little sharpener. It's really nice and handy. :)
