This has such an interesting texture, unlike any other primer I have used. It is bouncy! When you get a bit on your finger it's thick like pudding, but then melts onto your skin. It looks dewy and great all on its own, but put makeup on over it and WOW! I use both cushion compacts and BB creams and they both apply beautifully over this. It does give a dewy look and texture, so if you're looking for a matte finish, you will have to pack some powder over top.
