I love that this is mostly made of green tea! It doesn't have other "active" ingredients like niacinimide that can cause the face to flush if used too heavily - some of my other serums in my routine have this, so I don't need it in my moisturizer too, or my face gets irritated. I love the smell although it is quite pungent at first, but fades quickly. Overall it is soothing and does create smooth and soft skin.
