I haven't used it long enough to know if it works or not. I've seen many review saying that it "sucks out" the white gunk from the pimples. I don't usually get pimples with white heads to test it out haha One thing this has helped me with is keeping everything clean. I have the habit of constantly picking on my pimples even though you shouldn't and I end up popping them which causes even more pimples. When I put this on, it prevents me from touching my pimples.
