This is a very nice, hydrating toner. I find it takes longer to sink in and requires more work that some toners, but the pay-off is very soft and hydrated skin. It has a distinctive smell (the entire line shares this smell) which is soap-y and slightly herbal? Which sounds odd but I find it to be quite pleasant and, in any event, it softens after application. I think I will need to use this product for longer to see if it had whitening/brightening benefits, but so far I am enjoying using it a lot. Bonus is that a little bit seems to go a long way!
