I mainly purchased for the 5 min whitening claims of this eye patch because I really need it. So far not really effective. It's definitely moisturizing. One thing I did noticed was that I felt a bit of a tingly sensation; most likely due to the vitamin C. There's a light citrus fragrance but it doesn't linger. I keep mine in the refrigerator so it's cooling and refreshing when I use it.
