I'm a nc15-20 which is pretty pale, and Neutral Beige #N04 is perfect. I also have dry skin so I was a bit worried at first, but after some moisturizer it works amazingly well. It dries semi matte, but it isn't drying nor does it crease. The coverage isn't too heavy, I'd say about medium coverage but its definetly  The application rubber (?) does get pretty messy which is really the only downside. Get it!! This is my fav concealer by far, I'm never going back to western concealers
