I had already tried the "aqua sun gel" version, so I decided to try the essence version.

I used the "aqua sun gel" version in the winter and, because I was treating my acne, I felt that it dried out my skin a lot. However, during the summer it was great (it kept my skin matte, with perfect hydration and my skin didn't feel oily).

Now, I am applying the essence version in summer and I must admit that at the end of the day my skin feels oily. It's a good sunscreen! It doesn't cause irritation, moisturizes well and protects from the sun. However, I would prefer to apply it in winter to avoid my skin being a bit oily at the end of the day.

My recommendation: 1) Don't use it if you have very oily skin.

2) Use the essence version in winter, and the "aqua sun gel" version in summer :)
