It really seems to work with acne. It calms my pimples down and makes them  appear less red. It also has the typical aloe vera Gel texture BUT at the beginning this products stung my skin interestingly without any other side effects like swelling or reddening. Still the effect is satisfactory to disregard this inconvenience and after a couple uses it Stopper stinging
