This is a classic tone up cream with white cast and stiff consistency that can feel drying. I definitely feel it makes my skin, especially cheeks and forehead feel dry to the point of nearly being itchy. Application is finicky as product sort of balls up or sticky to itself making weird streaks, and once it sets it’s SET and won’t blend out anymore. You have to apply little dot all over your face and blend them out so there is a very thin even layer or you’ll look like a monster. I won’t repurchase as this seems better suited to less dry skin.
