This is a very light tone up cream - if you’re looking for an intense tone up option this isn’t it. I have surface redness in my skin and this helps tone it down so my face matches my neck. It isn’t drying, but can cling to dry patches or pill depending on skincare used under it. I like this as a daily cream if I’m working from home and will not be wearing makeup to even out my skin tone.
