This is the first skincare device I've ever bought and used. Had a little trouble putting in the batteries and closing the bottom up but it was uphill from there. I've been using this every day for two weeks (not long enough to come up with a final opinion) but so far I really like it. It's relaxing and easy to use and it really sinks moisturizer into my skin. Also the price is really good for what you get!
