I really enjoyed this sleeping pack thought I used it more as a moisturizer than a thick layer before bed. It did not irritate skin despite having PHA and I found it tolerable both for night time and the morning after. I used about a pea sized amount each time but definitely felt like I could have layer on more for added hydration. If you were to use this as a sleeping pack I would definitely recommend layering lots of product OR going over this with a thin layer of aquaphor (Vaseline) to seal in moisture.
