I was really looking forward to this cleanser because it is described as a oil cleanser that turns into a foam cleanser once you add water. However I found it to be a gel cleanser and very hard to rub onto my dry skin, despite what the directions say to do. I have not yet tried to use it as a makeup remover but I doubt that it would be very effective since it would definitely create a lot of friction as well as hard rubbing to remove any makeup. I also thought it was going to have soothing properties to it and once again this was not the case. I choose the HYALURON VITA because usually products containing greens and ginseng work best for my skin and I'm usually drawn to the scent , it was Talbot the case with this product. In fact I found the scent to be off-putting and smell like a generic American bar soap. So if you are looking for a oil to foam cleanser keep looking this is not it
