This wash has been a life saver for my skin and my son's skin (7yo) we both have atopic dermatitis and he has keratosis pilaris on his upper arms. We've tried all kinds of body wash and none of them gave us the result this one does. Our skin is clearer and softer than ever. No more tiny white bumps on my sons arms. This is also my second time purchasing this wash and will continue to repurchase. It has ceramides that help keep the skin hydrated and protecting the skin barrier while keeping it clean.
