The texture is a typical gel serum with a pipette. Doesn't smell..Absorbs instantly without leaving a trace. At first the skin is a little sticky, but that goes away quickly. On me it has a very slight irritating effect, but does not cause redness - only a slight tingling sensation. Soothing barrier cream - removes this feeling. In general, it is difficult to judge the long-term effect, but so far I am very pleased with how the skin looks after 2 uses.
