This toner has a really thick consistency almost like a liquid moisturizer and I loved it for it, because a I really like toners that not only are hydrating, but also moisturizing. It leaves a pretty glowy finish. Even though the texture is not similar to the tonymoly ceramide mochi toner, the feeling on the skin is ver alike
