I consider myself to be fair no.23 but not quite a no.21 either and although this is considered a no.21.5, I bought it regardless. As a sucker for packaging and COSRX, I WANTED this cream! But this cream is definitely made for no.21 skin tones. It has pink undertones which works great to cancel the yellow in my skin out. In my opinion, this brightens my skin even more than a yellow undertone no.21 would. Overall I find that the formula works quite well for me (dry combo skin). I love the faint lavender scent it has and its powdery finish. Its staying power is also quite decent, and lasts for about 6 hours on average. BUT this has a light to natural coverage and isn't suited to covering imperfections and scars. It reminds me a bit of a CC cream which focuses more on evening and perfecting your skin out, but this isn't a product I'd suggest adding foundation/ BB creams over.

I think adding this into my creams or sunscreen to naturally brighten my skin out is where I'll be using this the most.
