I got this for its claims on brightening the skin, I don’t have blemishes or irradiated skin so can’t comment on its effectiveness there. For me it has brightened my skin after application, giving me this nice glow. I also feel that my skin it hydrated. I’ve used this when my skin needs a pick me up on days when it looks dull. Would repurchase when on sale.
