This was a pleasant surprise, and definitely an underrated product. The cream is a very nice, thick consistency but it is still easy to spread and absorbs fully. It goes on smooth without feeling like it's dragging due to the thickness. There is a slight "fragrance free" scent - which doesn't bother me. I love how the cream came with this super cute spatula to promote hygienic use. Overall, my skin has been loving this during the cold, dry Winter days. I would recommend this to ladies with sensitive, dry, and/or mature skin.
