CAN’T RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!!!! I stock up whenever it’s on sale and on my fourth bottle now… And use it at least 3 times a week and definitely helps with skin cycle as scientifically your skin needs exfoliation and if it’s not done properly, it leaves you with textured skin instead of smooth. But this, is a life changer. It helps with blackheads from what I’ve seen as well if you use consistently with well-paired skin care. 

I recommend that some days you use a foam plumper(?) to get lots of foam from this and leave it on you’re skin as a sort of mask. On days you feel you need more exfoliation use less water and when it has a grainier texture and on average days rub it on your hands lots to bubble it up like a foam cleanser.
