First time I almost couldn't open the tube, but I finally recognized that I should reverse it. and pull. Anyway the cream is OK,  I like it, but a little bit grayish in my hand, but surprisingly not on my face. It doesn't cause acne or spots or shine (my skin is oily). Only one pull is enough for my face, so it is so economical. I'm absolutely satisfied with this cream.
