I've used this so far for about a week and have noticed that my nose feels and looks a lot smoother.  I also had a few small blemishes on my forehead and in the morning after my first use, my blemishes started disappearing and healing.  When using sunscreen under my makeup, there are usually some small bumps on my nose from stuff getting stuck inside my pores, but since using this, I don't feel or see small bumps around my nose anymore.
