I have used half of the patches from a pack and some have work and some haven't. I realized that for me, the bigger ones work better since they cover the pimples and more area around them, but it takes 2 or more days of using them for the pimples to heal completely. I tried it on normal, surface, medium-sized pimples, not the ones that grow deep under the skin.
