This is my first time using an acne patch. I get acne with whiteheads and I think it works pretty well. I know some people wear it during the day as well, but I don't do that. I put it on right after I wash my face at night and then continue on with the rest of my nighttime skin care routine. In the morning, I take it off first and then wash my face. The whitehead always seems significantly smaller; therefore, I think it was a great purchase.
