I purchased this as part of a gift, so I can't say how this applies as I've never used it. But from my experience with other Peripera base products, they tend to run light. Most Peripera base products only have 2 shades, the darkest shade is usually around #21 in most Korean brands or around NC20-25. The packaging of this cushion is a cute, lightweight plastic material, handy for carrying around for touch ups.
