Brush head is about the size of a grape and teardrop shaped, so it's good for reaching in the corners of the nose and undereyes. The size isn't as efficient for using it for the whole face, I still do that though and it looks fine. The brush gives a really smooth finish, it's quick to use, and feels soft on the skin. The only downsides are that it drinks up a little bit of the product (not a lot, but it definitely does it), and it takes a long time to clean and dry because of how dense the bristles are
