I bought this for my mom since she has very dry skin, and she absolutely loves it!
The oil layer on top it more like a gel, and when you mix it into the cream it smells very floral and herbal, which is a little strong for me, but my mom loves it!
Its very moisturizing especially under foundation so I reccomend it if you need the extra moisture!
