This is a sunscreen that I would only use under makeup, because if I use it when I'm not wearing makeup, I can look very oily. It's very moisturizing, leaving a dewy film over the skin. The film isn't oil, and it cannot be removed with blotting papers. It's good for creating a glowy/dewy base. I have very dry skin, so it works for me, but for those with oily skin I would avoid this.
