This cleanser leaves my skin very clean. It gives the "squeaky clean" feeling that you typically get from foam cleansers. The lather however, is very smooth and almost cream like. My skin has been clearing up since I used this but I don't know if it's the cleanser or the other products that I added into my skincare regime. If you don't moisturize after using this, your skin will feel tight and dry. At least for me, my skin feels tight. If you have oily skin you might be fine.
