I struggle with dark circles and puffiness due to allergies and congestion issue. The skin in my undereye area is thin and fragile. Most eye creams I've tried (both western & asian) have done nothing for me other than make my skin feel drier or completely unprotected. The Jinyul eye cream is a thick, emollient cream that glides on smoothly and pats in nicely. I don't wear makeup, so I can't tell you how it performs under it, but it would be great as a night treatment. If you're prone to milia, this may not be a good choice. Leaves me my undereye area smooth and firm, filling out any fine lines. Never leaves it feeling dry. It doesn't do much for dark circles since mine are due to genetics/sinus. Definitely investment skincare, so you may want to try samples first before buying the full size. However, you only need very small amounts, so 20ml will last quite a while. For me, it's worth every penny.
