I mainly bought this product to help with my sebaceous filaments on my nose - however it hasn't helped. I don't blame this product though BC the ones on my nose are REALLY stubborn. This product has no smell and I think it helps the rest of my face - I used to get very stubborn pimples but this brings them into a nice head - which heals faster. These is no scent to this and the texture is very watery. I will repurchase this if i don't find anything better for my nose.
