This face cooler is massive compared to my smaller jade rollers! It literally covers my entire cheek. It does do an amazing job at cooling down my skin, but it is difficult to use around my nose and chin area. I leave it in the freezer until I want to use it, but when I first got it in the mail it was already cool, so if you want a less intense chill, you don't have to put it in the freezer/fridge.
