Pros:
- Gives a nice matifying finish initially
- Works good in colder climates if you don't produce sebum constantly

Cons:
- Not for those who sweat on their face: If you sweat around you're nose, cheek, or forehead area, this powder doesn't do justice.
- Doesn't last all day for really oily people: You can always touch up but bringing this product with you is a hassle.
- Packaging: There is a sticker that covers several holes that blocks out the product, and I only uncover 3 holes, but still find myself having a hard time keeping the inside of the product clean without powder flying everywhere. There is a puff that comes with this product, but I personally don't like keeping it in the container because it collects powder overtime.
