Initially it worked well - it was easy enough to apply, was very precise for sharp lines, and had decent staying power in mild (not hot) weather as long as I didn't cry or touch my face near my eyes. Unfortunately this eyeliner has the same problem as a lot of pen eyeliners - it dried up and I didn't get to use it anymore. The brush tip also got clogged up easily and I had to clean it frequently.
