Ok I've only used it once because so far most of my acne right now is the one that stays under the surface with no whitehead but the one time I did use it on two small whiteheads it really took the gunk. I've always seen reviews of people saying that the patches are hardly noticeable and that they stick well but when using them my family would look at me funny and ask what was on my face plus they weren't sticking that well. I did some google-ing and saw some people mention that the small patches, which are the ones I used, weren't as great as the bigger ones so yeah it's all good now.
