It's not as sticky as I thought it would be but it's also not as moisturizing. I use it in the night before going to sleep and I wake up with some product still on my lips and once the product finally comes off my lips do feel a little softer but that doesn't last long. Also since I use it as a sort of overnight lip mask I wake up with plumped up lips but again that the effects are short-lived (maybe an hour or less).
