I was initially sceptical about purchasing this item due to the previous review. So I contact customer service, they ensured me that I would received the 3 sheet masks and I did. I am very pleased with the prompt response and customer service overall. I order the package on the 15th of August and and it arrived to me by the 24th of August in Australia. I'm pleased because I expect to wait approximately 4 weeks for any package to arrive in Australia from across the world. Lastly they provided 10 free samples in my package. I received the following:
