I'm torn because I love how this cushion makes my skin look, but no. 23 is so grey. And I kind of look dead. It is a semi matte finish with build-able coverage. The coverage is almost buildable to full coverage, but not quite. It still looks natural, no matter how many layers are built, which is a plus. But because of the color, I don't reach for this cushion unless I plan on wearing a lot of blush. This comes with the cushion, the case, a puff, and a refill, which is a lot of product for the price. The puff is an adorable standard air puff that applies the cushion flawlessly. The before and after photo below shows an air puff application. The cushion applies nicely with a brush as well.
