Pretty much does what it says - provides light hydration without irritating the skin. The minimal ingredients list is very attractive but unless you have normal skin with no big problems, I'd skip this? It's not a lot of product for the price tag either.
The texture is runny but not watery. Transparent, unscented. It absorbs quickly into the skin. Helps calm down redness a bit.
