I rate this highly because it does what I want a mist to do: hydrate without evaporating and leaving my face dryer than before. There is a scent but it's not overwhelming. The spray is fine, even and delicate. I also love the design; one can see the oil swirling around the fluid in the container, which is another plus in my book. I used this in the summer when it was refreshing but I mostly look forward to having this in my bag during the winter months.
