Toner is something that I never really see make a difference in my skin but I will say that this doesn't dry my skin out. It claims it helps brightening but I don't see it but then again I haven't been using it long term. Maybe after I use the full bottle it'll show results but as of right now it just feels like an extra step in my routine. The worst thing about this product is the packaging, as the liquid frequently runs down the side no matter how you handle it.
