I was little bit confused about this base because I didn’t understand what was it for however I decided to give it a try since my skin was raving for hydration.

The first time I used it, it gave me a weird feeling as if I was putting water on my face but after it dried down it left my skin feeling hydrated and ready for make-up. Then I applied my usual foundation and I was taken aback; my skin looked and felt so beautiful, it definitely improved my make-up. I also noticed that it lasted longer than usual.

To sum it all up, this base:

-is hydrating (I have dry skin but it was moisturizing enough for my liking)
-is lightweight
-improves make-up application and durability.

Downsides:

-none so far.
